Duties: Maintain internet backbone connection and its routing to provide reliable internet services to customers, performing network reconfiguration and tune-up, troubleshoot and solve problems in network operation center, initiate setup and installation for various customer and server, routine jobs such as backing up critical content and services, network device and configuration.

Providing a presales activity for various solution for customers such as, Helpdesk Solution, Network Design for new or replacement, Application Development, Data warehouse, Billing system, etc.

November 2002 to Present, TELKOMSEL, Project Coordinator: REMEDY Helpdesk System Implementation

Provide a supervision and coordination between implementation tea, with TELKOMSEL. Total member of the project was 3 Technical Consultant and 4 technical contact person in TELKOMSEL. Project value estimation is up to 700K USD.

December 2002 – May 2003, INDOSAT, Project Coordinator: Backup System Consolidation.

As a subcontractor for this project MII handles the supervision and coordination with its main contractor. Total member of the project was 10 Consultant with various technical background include Oracle Database, IBM Pseries with its AIX O/S, Veritas and Storagetek L700. Project value was 400K USD.

July 2002 – September 2002, TELKOM Network Division, Project Manager: Infrastructure for Online Call Data Collection (CDC) Syatem.

Supervise and coordinate between project team member and TELKOM to develop and build a new infrastructure for TELKOM’s Online CDC system. Total member of team project was 7 technical engineer. Value of the project was 500K USD

July 2000 – May 2001, Metrodata Global Akses, Various System Implementation.

Implement new systems for a startup ISP such as E-mail, Authentication using RADIUS server, ADSL Services for customer, Bandwidth management, etc.
